Co-Ops & Internships

Engineering Opportunities at De Nora

De Nora Tech instituted a comprehensive co-op program with the goal of identifying high potential engineering graduates from the local area. Case Western Reserve, Cleveland State University, Penn State University, Akron University, and University of Cincinnati are a few of the Engineering programs with whom we have worked. As a part of the company’s succession planning, the broad goal of the program is to provide a structured mechanism by which both the company and the individual can explore a long term employment relationship. Over the years, our co-op program has offered engineering students opportunities for growth, both professionally and personally.

As a De Nora Tech co-op you will be considered a valuable team member. You will begin by receiving an overview of the company, our products, and our customers. That will be followed by one on one training with company specialists who will cover our company safety and quality policies. Once acclimated, you will begin your hands on co-op experience in one of our many on-site labs and/or as a team member in our Chardon, OH plant. This first-hand experience will further develop your technical skills and will help you integrate your classroom knowledge into real world experiences.
